The Wine Appreciation Group has had a successful first year and now has a membership of around 10. The Group meets monthly, usually the 2nd Thursday in the month at 2 pm.

There is a £6 contribution when attending a tasting to cover the cost of the wine, cheese, bread and coffee.

We have a particular “theme” each month, usually a country or region, and an opportunity to try 3 wines, usually one white and 2 reds.

There are wine notes available for each tasting and lots of other information on grape varieties, labelling, countries and regions.
